The coffering panel has two sheets (3,4) which are parallel and formed of reinforced concrete to be incorporated in the final structure. The panels are fixed to each other and form a smooth outer surface to receive a finish ie. paint. The internal sheet (4) has a ledge (8) formed by a thickening extending inwardly and forming a shoulder engaged by the tool used to adjust the surface. The ledge has one or more cut-outs (9) which are open towards the base and define a positioning foot (10) at each side of the internal panel.
