PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily construct data for answering to a question sent from customer and to attain an answer to a general question by on-line by preparing an answer when there is no answer corresponding to a question and transmitting the prepared answer to a customer by electronic mail. SOLUTION: An answer data base 130 previously prepares answers to questions in a considerable range at an initial stage. An answer retrieving part 120 retrieves the data base 130 in accordance with the sort of a question and transfers the retrieved answer to an on-line transmitting part 150. When a correspondence judging part 140 judges there is no prepared answer in the data base 130, an unanswered question processing part 160 requests an operator to prepare an answer corresponding to the question and stores the question in a question/answer file 170. When the answer is transferred from the operator, the processing part 160 writes the answer in the file 170, edits the answer to an electronic mail format and transfers the edited answer to an electronic mail transmitting part 180. |
