FIELD: mechanical engineering; food-processing industry; equipment for concentration of liquid food stuff through evaporation under vacuum. SUBSTANCE: plant includes evaporation unit with water jacket, shell-and-tube condenser, ejector, electrical equipment cabinet with switch, fuse and starter. Cylindrical condensate receiver and evaporation unit are combined by frame on which condensate receiver is fixed by its lower end and evaporation unit is suspended by means of hinges of two uprights of frame. One upright is provided with retainer which makes it possible to turn evaporation unit through angle of about 180 deg from initial position. It is made in form of electrical equipment cabinet. Evaporation unit is provided with tubular electric heater in lower portion of water jacket, sensitive element of reading and regulating thermometer being fitted in its upper portion. Evaporation unit includes upper flanged quick detachable taper cover with two opposite transparent ports in taper wall and exhaust nipple in vertex of cone. Condensate receiver is provided with exhaust nipple in its upper end portion, pressure equalizing screw, built-on ejector and condenser mounted concentrically; condenser tubes are open into cavity of condensate receiver. Lower branch pipe of inter-tube cavity of condenser is provided with valve for external connection with water line and upper nipple of this cavity is connected with ejector nozzle. Intake cavity of condenser is connected with exhaust nipple of evaporation unit by means of vacuum hose. Ejector inlet is connected with exhaust nipple of condensate receiver; outlet nipple of ejector is directed at air gap to used water drain funnel located below. Tubular electric heater is connected with power supply line through starter and fuse. Contacts of regulating thermometer and relay which operate at preset temperature are connected to supply circuit of starter coil through fuse and switch. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. |
