发明名称 METHOD OF PRODUCING CHEMICALLY ACTIVE PHOSPHOROUS ACID
摘要 FIELD: chemical technology, inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method is based on the combined interaction of phosphorus trichloride with water and inactive phosphorous acid in the presence of catalytical amount of metallic aluminium and potassium fluoride preferably in medium of inert organic solvent at boiling point below that of an active phosphorous acid (APA). Process is carried out by addition of phosphorus trichloride to a mixture consisting of phosphorous acid, water, solvent and catalyst. Firstly, temperature of reaction mass is increased to 30-35 C but then decreased to 10-15 C. After reagents mixing mixture is heated to 20 C and phosphorous acid is crystallized rapidly. Mass is heated to 50-55 C to complete reaction and APA is isolated under vacuum at quantitative yield as white crystalline powder, m. p. is 70-72 C. Di- and monodecylphosphites were obtained by esterification of APA with n-decanol at ratio 1:2 and 1:1, respectively. EFFECT: improved method of producing, increased chemical activity of product.
