<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which has a high cooling efficiency. SOLUTION: A cooling device 1 comprises a first supplying means 2 disposed at a first position, a second supplying means 3 disposed at a second position, a conduit 4, and a conduit 5. Each of the first supplying means 2 and second supplying means 3 comprises an ice-making machine, belt conveyor, crusher, mixed phase flow tank, water tank, cooling water tank, heat exchanger, refrigeration machine, pump, valve, etc. The conduits 4, 5 are placed along and close to a power-transmission line 106. By actuating the cooling device 1 a mixed phase flow is conveyed from the first supplying means 2 to the second supplying means 3 by the conduit 4 and similarly a mixed phase flow is conveyed from the second supplying means 3 to the first supplying means 2 by the conduit 5 with the result that the power-transmission line 106 is cooled by the mixed phase flows.</p> |
