PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for preventing the temperature of a heater from excessively increasing or the heater from being disconnected even when the heater is exchanged without clearing a battery. SOLUTION: The resistance of a heater 112 for heating an air/fuel ratio sensor 11 is calculated and stored at a battery backup memory 134 as a learned resistance. Power supplied to the heater 112 is increased from the learned resistance and the resistance of the heater after exchange when the heater 112 is exchanged without clearing a battery. The amount of increase for correction is limited to the time limit determined by operation state, thus preventing the temperature of the heater 112 from excessively increasing and the heater 112 from being disconnected. |
