PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the opportunity of communication from being missed and to facilitate a calling operation by surely calling a relevant hand set when there is calling from an extension. SOLUTION: A telephone number correspondence table 11a of RAM 11 respectively correspondently stores the extension numbers of respective hand sets #1-#6 and telephone numbers for PHS provided for the respective hand sets #1-#6. When any other one of hand sets #1-#6 is called by a base unit #0 corresponding to the calling from the hand sets #1-#6 and that hand set one of hand sets #1-#6 does not exist in the zone enabling radio communication with the base unit #0 and can not respond to the calling from the base unit #0, based on the telephone number correspondent table 11a, the telephone number for PHS of one relevant hand set among the hand sets #1-#6 is recognized and call origination is performed through telephone lines L1 and L2 to that one hand set among the hand sets #1-#6. |
