PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the clock regeneration device in which a relative phase between a phase of a burst signal included in a composite video signal and a phase of an oscillated frequency signal is kept constant at all times and a stable synchronizing signal clock is momentarily regenerated. SOLUTION: An oscillated frequency 4fsc' of a VCO 9 is used for a clock signal and an input composite video signal is regenerated into a digital signal by an A/D converter 4 and data of a color burst are given to a polarity inversion/non-inversion circuit 5, the output is alternately inverted by a frequency 2fsc' and given to an FIR filter 6 to eliminate the fsc' component and the result is given to a D/A converter 7, from which an analog signal is obtained and used to control the oscillated frequency 4fsc' of the VCO 9. |
