PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the connection workability by continuously providing a plurality of lead patterns on one connection body. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric vibration plate 5 is formed by adhering one electrode surface of a piezoelectric vibrator 7 to a vibration plate 6 with a conductive adhesive. A connection body 8 provided on an outer circumferential part of the plate 6 is formed by interposing lead patterns 10a, 10b between two insulation films 9a, 9b, and pressing them, and the insulation film 9a is smaller in size then the insulation film 9b to make one end side and the other end side of the lead patterns 10a, 10b in the exposed condition. Among the lead patterns 10a, 10b, the lead pattern 10b is shorter in size than the lead pattern 10a. Thus, one end of the lead pattern 10a is electrically and mechanically connected to the other electrode surface of the vibrator 7 with a solder 11, and one end of the other lead pattern 10b is also electrically and mechanically connected to the vibration plate with a solder. |
