PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the increase of the density of ozone in an electrophotographic recorder and to surely keep the density of ozone in a flow of air discharged to the outside of the recorder from the inside at a low level, when ozone generated by an electrifier is increased. SOLUTION: A control part 30 controls a motor 27, in accordance with the degree of soil of an electrifying wire and the humidity, etc., of the installation environment, to change the interval between the electrifying wire and a grid and the output of a power pack 21 is adjusted according to the interval between the electrifying wire and the grid, to change a current flowing in the electrifying wire. Further, the control part 30 controls the rotational speed of the motor of a discharge fan unit 31, in accordance with the interval between the electrifying wire and the grid and the rotational amount and direction of the motor 41 of a shielding mechanism 40 are controlled to adjust the exposure area of an ozone filer in an exhaust path by a shielding plate 42. |
