PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently issue a medium recording printing information in a short time by allowing a printing information fetching means to fetch printing information for printing to the medium from outside at the time of issuing the medium recording printing information. SOLUTION: A printer 35 allows a photographing device 13 installed in front of ATM 11 with a portrait printing function as the printing information fetching means to photograph the portrait of a customer. When the customer 37 require- operates portrait print and his/her portrait is photographed, the printer 35 fetches the portrait data and prints the portrait 40 on the surface of a bankbook 38 or a card 39 to discharge the bankbook with the portrait or the card with the portrait for the customer. Thereby the customer is capable of operating by him/herself to record printing information such as a portrait, etc., in a medium to issue so that a medium recording printing information is efficiently issued in a short time. |
