PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the preparing work of the working schedule table of employees and to make the working schedule table easy to judge visibly by inputting the working schedule of each employee so as to display each employee' s working schedule time for several days like a belt on a display means. SOLUTION: The individual employee's working schedule time from its start to its end for several days and the code number of the employee are inputted from an input means 1. A display means 2 displays the individual employee's working schedule time for several days inputted from the input means 1 like a belt by the correlation between the date and time. Receiving the input signal of the input means 1, a control means 3 controls the display means 2 to perform display operation. For the working schedule time, at least one pattern is fixed to input by means of a code name corresponding to this pattern from the input means 1. Thereby the preparing operation of the employee's working schedule table is facilitated and made easy to judge visibly. |
