PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire a desired collection result without notifying a question number in the collection processing of reply data with respect to a questionnaire program. SOLUTION: In this processing method, a questionnaire program where each viewer makes an answer by selecting a choice among plural choices settled to each question is served by a 2-way television program system 2, reply data with respect to each question are sent to a reply server 3 and the reply server 3 applies collection processing to the reply data. A choice unique number is decided to all choices of the questionnaire program served from the 2-way television system 2, the choice unique numbers of the choices selected by the questionnaire program are sent to the reply server 3 as the reply data, the reply server 3 generates a reply data list 14 for each choice unique number and the collection result of the reply data are generated from the reply data lists 14 by using the choice unique number as a key. |
