FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: the offered earth dam has core 2 conjugated with supporting members 3 and 4 located in zones of core adjoining banks 5 and 6, respectively. Bank supporting members 3 and 4 are oriented relative to each other so that line of crossing of planes 7 and 8 over which core 2 contacts bank supporting members 3 and 4 is located in the lower pond. EFFECT: eliminated stretching stresses in zone of adjoining of dam core to canyon sides. 3 dwg |
