FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: proposed sensor presents dielectric substrate with mutually penetrating comb electrodes on which sensitive coat is deposited. Coat is film made of mixture of two conductive polymers - polysilananiline and polyaniline with proportion 9:1. Structure of sensor can be fitted with third electrode enabling oxidized-reduced state of conductive polymer to be kept with the use of direct current. EFFECT: improved functional stability and reliability.
