FIELD: protection of articles against erosion and corrosion wear. SUBSTANCE: plant includes framework which is made movable. Framework holds units for proportioning components and compressed air system, temperature control system, hoses for components and sprayer. Mounted over entire route of motion of components are independent heaters provided with low-inertia thermosensors. Plant is provided with temperature control system; control of temperature is effected through change of power required; temperature control and flow rate control system are made by unit-module scheme. Component proportioning units is made on base of cup variator; proportioning of compressed air is effected automatically by means of thermal resistor sensor at indirect heating; all detachable joints of plant are provided with nuts having two threads at different pitch. EFFECT: extended functional capabilities; improved quality of coats; reduced consumption of labour. 1 dwg |
