PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor laser drive circuit substrate which can reduce part costs by forming a capacitor on a substrate body by a patterning process for removing noise in a power source. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser drive circuit substrate comprises a semiconductor laser for receiving power from a power source and emitting a laser beam, and a capacitor 2 provided on a substrate body 20 for removing noise in the power source. The capacitor 2 is made up of an anode pattern 21 and a grounding pattern 22 adjacent to the substrate body 20, a resist layer 25 formed on the anode and grounding patterns, and a nameplate 23 having a cover 23a and an electrically conductive adhesive 23b and bonded onto the resist layer 25. |
