PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep in excellent a bonding between a colored film and a substrate even if a resin content is relatively low and to prevent a deterioration of strength to suppress a generation of crack by incorporating a specified amount of aluminum in a picture element consisting essentially of a pigment and a matrix resin. SOLUTION: In a color filter having three color picture elements of R(red), G(green) and B(blue), an amount of an aluminum incorporated in at least one picture element among the R(red), G(green) and B(blue) picture element being the picture element consisting essentially of the pigment and a matrix resin is kept in 0.01-10wt.%. By incorporating the aluminum in the colored film in such a way, a bonding property is improved, and the crack is hardly caused on the colored film when the film is exposed to water or an org. solvent. Further, the content of the aluminum is 0.05-5wt.% preferably, 0.1-2wt.% more preferably and 0.2-1wt.% moreover preferably. |
