PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation fan in which a work can be performed easily with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A flange part 18 arranged at a main body 1 of a ventilation fan is formed with threaded holes 21 for use in fixing against a ceiling 14. The threaded holes 21 have an oblong rectangular shape. Bolt 17 inserted into the threaded hole 21 has a lateral elongated shape in which its head part is inserted into the threaded hole 21 only in a predetermined direction, like a fan screw or a wing screw. After insertion of the screw 17 into the threaded hole 21, the screw 17 is rotated by 90 deg. to cause the flange 18 to be engaged at the lateral elongated portion of the head, i.e., the main body 1 is temporarily engaged at the lateral extended part of the head part 19, and further the screw 17 is rotated and fastened to cause the head part to be positioned in the temporary fixed state, thereby the flange 18 is held and fixed between the head part and the ceiling 14. |
