PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic core terminal board with terminals which can be reflowed collectively with mounted parts, with their terminals fixed to the metallic core board with U-shaped clips. SOLUTION: Solder paste 7 is supplied to the connecting conductors 9 of a wiring board 2, and surface mounting terminals 4 composed of pins 6 united by a plastic molding 5, and a metallic core board B composed by gluing a wiring board 2 to one surface of a metal board 1 are interposed between U-shaped clips 8, and heated and melted. As the result of this, it becomes possible to provide a metallic core board with terminals easy to reflow, hard to deform, capable of reducing the noise, and cheap. |
