The innovation relates to devices for the production of cored products using a thin sheet of thermoplastic, for example, the production of protective packing containers from sheets of polyvinyl-chloride etc. This device has matrix 1 movable in the direction of the axis and contact-heating-sheet 2 with gap-type openings 4 for the supply of air (fig.1) placed on one axis. Contact-heating-sheet's one part is made as a removable sheet 5 and its contacting surface is covered with a layer of anti-adhesive material 7. The whole length of removable sheet 5 is covered by the pressure frame 6 made of thermo-insulating material that allows the pressing of the thin sheet of thermoplastic between removable sheet 5 and matrix 1 at the same time as the thermo-insulate work surface of removable part 5 of contact-heating-sheet 2.<IMAGE>
