METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF PNEUMATIC TYRES MACHINE FOR MAKING THE TYPES AND VULCANIZATION STATION OF SUCH MACHINE

FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed machine is designed for making pneumatic tyres on core starting from beginning of their assembling to vulcanization of tyres. Machine has tyre assembly station with means for forming raw pneumatic tyre by putting different tyre components onto core in required order and places defined by design of tyre, vulcanization station and station where all operations are carried out with support or core. All stations are mounted on one base close to each other. It has also bracket for transportation of core between different stations of machine. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities.
