PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high efficiency magnet plate and a magnet filter at low cost by a method wherein in the magnet plate formed by constituting integrally magnet rows holding yokes between them, the yokes are provided in such a way as to project from a magnet surface, which is formed flush with the surfaces of integrally constituted magnet blocks. SOLUTION: A magnet plate 1 is formed into a structure, wherein magnet rows of magnet blocks 2 are alternately provided on the surface side of the plate 1 so that N poles or S poles appear on the surface of the plate 1 and yokes 3a are respectively provided between the blocks 2 of an opposite polarity to each other. Moreover, this plate 1 is formed into a structure, wherein the magnet blocks 2 and magnet blocks are laminated into two layers holding a yoke 3b, which consists of a thin steel plate, between them, while the magnet plate 1 is formed into a structure, wherein the yokes 3a provided between the magnet rows, which are respectively provided with the magnet blocks 2 of the same pole, are formed in a dimension projecting from a magnet surface. A magnet filter uses this magnet plate, which is inserted in a cylindrical filter case in such a way that the plate 1 is separated from the bottom of the case. |
