PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a decoration line extending approximately in the horizontal direction on the inside surface of an outer cover without generation of an upward beam of light which may cause glaring. SOLUTION: On the inner surface of an outer cover 12, a step 12a is furnished in such a way that the lower region has a greater thickness than the upper region, and a decoration line is formed by the step 12a. The light cast to the step 12a from a light distribution control unit 16 is refracted downward, advances inside the outer cover 12, and is emitted upon further downward refraction by the outer surface of the outer cover 12, so that there is no risk of the upward light being radiated ahead of the lighting fixture. |
