FIELD: agriculture, in particular, plant genetics and selection. SUBSTANCE: method involves cultivation of explants of basic plants in callusogenic medium in first passage in the presence of phytohormones of auxin row; obtaining embryonal callus and cultivating it in second and subsequent passages in callusogenic medium; transplanting to medium for plant regeneration; obtaining regenerants; providing growing to seed production stage; selecting somaclonal changed forms among obtained seeds. Chemical potential of water used in callusogenic mediums of second and subsequent passages is reduced to values causing, during cultivation of calluses, occurrence of first symptoms of necrosis in the form of initial desiccation stage and browning, with selective regeneration capacity of calluses being kept. EFFECT: increased frequency of occurrence and spectrum of hereditary changes. 4 tbl |
