GRAIN PRESERVATION METHOD

摘要

FIELD: agriculture and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing contaminants from grain; treating with aerosol of propionic acid generated by dispersion of propionic acid into gas flow, with propionic acid being supplied in streams onto end surface of rod-type longitudinal oscillations concentrator. Rod-type concentrator is oscillated by supersonic source having frequency of 18-120 kHz. EFFECT: increased efficiency in preservation of grain, simplified method and improved quality of product.
