PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the automatic making of operation procedure, in the distribution system including a switch where there is limitation on a passage current. SOLUTION: For each switch constituting a distribution circuit, it is set in the circuit constitution data file whether the check of passage current is necessary or not, and also for the switch S7 requiring check, the tolerable passage current is set in advance, and for contraction of circuit constitution, the data of the circuit constituted of the switches S1-S6 intended for operation and the switch S7 requiring check are abstracted to make a contracted circuit, thus the operation procedure by the contracted circuit can be automatically made also in the case where there is a switch having limitation on passage current. |
