FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has closed casing 1 made from film material. Filler manufactured as plate 2 made from porous materials impregnated with deodorant liquid is placed into the casing. Hole 3 is made in the upper part of plate 2 for placing means connecting the device to room support (not shown). The means is thread 4 brought through hole 3 and ending in loop 5 bindable to the room support. Means for providing communication between the casing cavity and atmosphere is composed of horizontal section 6 in the upper part of the casing having separation line 7 as boundary and sections 8 in lateral parts of the casing having separation line 9 as boundary. The separation lines are produced by pressing material of the casing with punch members to create a slackened cross-section zone to enable sections 6 and 8 to be easily detachable from the casing.
