FIELD: mineral concentration, particular, recovery of gold from dump waste product. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes washout or disintegration and classification of sands to produce gold and dump waste product which is supplied to separating device, where material is classified into coarse, middle and fine fractions. Coarse fraction is crushed, obtained product is disintegrated and classified in sluice to obtain gold recovered by gravitational method and secondary sands. Sands are directed for additional disintegration and classification. Liquid product is directed to extended reservoir for final recovery of fine gold. Middle fraction is subjected to final grinding device, and in form of pulp is directed to reservoir for final recovery of fine gold. Silt-clat fraction and partially sand are removed from reservoir. At this stage sand is analyzed by express method. On the basis of analysis, rich sediments are directed for recovery of fine gold. Should lean sediments be obtained, they are directed to dump. EFFECT: higher efficiency. |
