SUBSTANCE: method deals with introduction of bone marrow as a lubricant into articulation area by different ways: either by autotransfer method or by artificial belt coming from diaphysis of articulated bone into area of articulation friction or using a tube installed in preformed axial channel in one of the articulated bones that comes from intercondyloid area up to diaphysary part of this bone. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
