<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a stable operation of immediate speed reduction even when the tape running speed does not attain yet the objective speed. SOLUTION: When the tape 1 is run at a high speed by transmitting the rotational force of a motor 21 to reels 2, a cycle of the signal of a frequency generator 24 mounted on the motor 21 is calculated by a cycle detecting circuit 25. When the command for reducing the speed is received in this state, a target cycle is gradually increased by the target speed producing means 5 after the detected cycle of the cycle detecting circuit 25 is set as the target cycle. By determining the difference between the target cycle and detected cycle by a difference calculating circuit 6 and transmitting it to a driving circuit 27, the motor 21 is rotated at the rotational speed corresponding to the change of the target cycle and also the speed is reduced.</p> |
