The hearing aid has an electronic microphone, amplifier and electroacoustic transducer coupled together via conductive connection paths, with SMD capacitors e.g ceramic chip capacitors, for reducing the noise level, coupled between these connection paths. The hearing aid may use a miniature electret microphone with an integrated impedance converter, coupled to the connection paths via contact pads.
