<p>The invention relates to the trans isomer of 4-iodotamoxifenaziridine and particularly when it is marked by a radioactive isotope of iodine, more particularly iodine 125. The invention also relates to the preparation of said pure trans isomer and its use in biochemistry, for in vitro diagnostic purposes, particularly to determine the polymorphism of the receptor in breast cancer.</p> |
