The bracket fixed on the outside of the housing(4) is pushed inward the frame(2), the housing(4) inserted by the guide shaft(3) moves sliding on the guide shaft(3). Along with this, the arms(7) fixed on the bottom of the housing moves inward so, the taper, roller(8) fixed at the tips of the arms(7) fit in the dents(9a) provided on both ends of the crank shaft(9), clamping the crank shaft(9). By the work of the adjusting screw(10), the impact inflicted on the crank shaft(9) at the time of clamping by the taper roller(8) is mitigated.
