A molding apparatus of double straw having a containing box(20) which has plural separating plates(21) separating its inner space and containing straws(40) having different diameters, a suppling passage(23) connected to the bottom of the box(20) and a drum(20) rotatory mounted to bottom end of the passage(23): and the double straw manufactured by the method comprising the suppling step suppling the straws(40) to the inserting grooves(11) of the drum(10); the straw inserting step inserting straws(40) into the inserting grooves(10) by the rotation of the drum(10); the feeding step feeding the straws(40) by rotating plural screws(30) mounted under the drum(20) to feed them into post step; the finishing step forming a protrude(42) and a engaging part(41) on both ends of the straw fed by the feeding step are disclosed. Thereby, it is possible to minimize the failure rate and to enhance productivity.
