The rotating intermediate energy store has no contacts and couples recuperative braking energy in and out for a position changing drive. The centrifugal rotor (1) is spherical and its axis of rotation can adjust freely for direction of movement changes of all kinds of the vehicle without impairing the in coupling and out-coupling of energy. The adjustment of the axis of rotation of the rotor is also carried out without exerting interfering centrifugal forces directly or indirectly on the vehicle. The winding (3) for coupling the energy carrying stator (2) can have its axis of rotation freely moved.
