Semiconductor component with electronic circuit

The electronic circuit has several input terminals. On a semiconductor substrate (31) is deposited an insulation layer (32), supporting a capacitor (C1) with two electrodes (35,39). The two electrodes are coupled each to the circuit input. The first electrode (35) the insulation layer, and the substrate form a parasitic capacitor (C3). Over the insulation layer is formed a third electrode(46), coupled to the second one(39). Preferably the third electrode, the insulation layer, and the substrate form an extra capacitor (C2) with a capacity equal to that of the parasitic one.
