These plates contain part circular-formed ring grooves (5,9), which work in conjunction with rear vane spaces in order to press the vanes into the suction area. The ring grooves in the face plate and/or the control plate, when viewed in the running direction, are extended to match the control times and the lift curve of the curve ring at the beginning of the pressure area.
