FIELD: cleaning of gas flows from dust (BO1D45/ 04,BO7B7/00,CO5D27/00), applicable, particular, in metallurgical, cement, mining, metal working, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: the offered method of aerodynamic suppression and trapping of nonorganized effluents of dispersed contaminants in zones of operation of screens, elevators, drying and crushing devices, pouring troughs, pouring points of dust formation substances, transportation of dust-formation substances by conveyors, dust-gas formation by flows of melts, carrying put of contaminants beyond the surfaces of liquid media, and in zones of transport traffic, is effected by sheltering of nonorganized effluents of dust by thin-walled shields, and then, flow with drawn from such a zone by air intakes is directed through gas ducts at elevated temperatures in the order of 500 C to aerodynamic dust-separating apparatuses. In so doing, withdrawal of dust effluents is carried out without formation of intercompleting withdrawn flows and flexible dust suppressing seals are installed at the ends of pouring off troughs. Built up in channels for dust moving reduced pressure with respect to environment and flexible dust-suppressing valves are installed in them to prevent formation of hydraulic impact and dust formation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of dust separation from nonorganized gas flows and reduced extent of process structures for realization of such cleaning. |
