MOLDING APPARATUS FOR HEAT COMPRESSION MOLDING

摘要

The moulder is for forming rubber products with a simple structure, specially automatically spearating the formed products from the mould and minimizing a flash phenomenon easy to occur at contact faces of the moulds. It comprises main cores(2,12) installed in upper and lower mould(10,20); a stripper type middle mould(30) having upper and lower surface just in contact with the surfaces of the upper and lower mould(10,20). The stripper type middle mould(30) is interlocked with a lifting equipment to get lifted at some height from the lower mould during the separation process.
