The liquid crystal display control device has a clock synthesizing and generating unit for synthesizing or generating the clock required in internal operation; a main interface for generally controlling the internal operation by exchanging information with a CPU; a horizontal filter for receiving video data and processing the pixel to be presently processed and the pixels adjacent to the pixel in a horizontal direction; a vertical filter for receiving the video data processed by the horizontal filter and processing the pixel to be presently processed and the pixels adjacent to the pixel in a vertical direction; a pixel arrangement unit for rearranging the pixels processed by the vertical filter; a linear processing and temperature compensating unit for linearly processing the transmission characteristics of the liquid crystal display for the applied voltage according to the output signal of the pixel arrangement unit and executing a compensation according to the temperature; and a data outputting and converting unit for dividing the data processed by the linear processing and temperature compensating unit into a plurality of blocks according to each driving clock and outputting them to a data driver.
