<p>The holder (1) consists of a rigid container in the form of a base (3) and a cover (5), with projections (14) on either side of a recess in the base to hold the applicator (4) which is in the shape of a spatula (9) with an applicator tip (2). The cover, which is connected to the base by a hinge (7), is designed to protect the tip of the applicator when it is not being used. The holder is made by injection from one or more materials, e.g. high-density polyethylene, polypropylene or polyacetal; it is washable and can be made as part of a lid of a vessel holding the product to be applied.</p> |
