A circuit which deletes chattering included in an output signal when a mechanical contacting point is turned on or off in an interface is disclosed. In the circuit, a first D flip-flop(4) includes an input terminal(CK) connected to a data line for receiving data, an input terminal(D) and an input terminal PRN connected to a power source line for receiving a voltage, and an output terminal connected to a final output line for outputting final data. second through fourth D flip-flops(5,6,7) each includes an input terminal(PRN) connected to the power source line for receiving a voltage, an input terminal(CK) connected to a clock line for receiving a clock signal, an input terminal(CLR) connected to a reset line for receiving a reset signal. A fifth D flip-flop(8) includes an input terminal(CLR) connected to the power source line for receiving a voltage, an input terminal(CK) connected to a clock line for receiving a clock signal, an input terminal(PRN) connected to a reset line for receiving a reset signal.
