The switchgear has a gas tight sealed connection channel (6) with a coupling conductor (7). The conductors are interconnected by through hole bridging conductors (9). The connection is maintained as a complete seal with the use of electrically isolating elements (8). Gaskets (14) seal between the cover and housing.
