The method for outgoing information for an abnormal portion of a freezing machine comprises a first step of detecting which part among several kinds of components has an abnormality when an operation of the freezing machine starts; a second step of checking whether the occurrence number of abnormalities is more than the designated number if the abnormality occurred from any part; a third step of shielding a driving of components within the instrument when the number of abnormality occurrence is more than the designated number; a fourth step of detecting whether a telephone connected to the instrument is currently in the midst of using and standing by for a given time(tl) when it is under its use; a fifth step of connecting a user's telephone if it is not in the midst of a conversation by the telephone and automatically dialing a telephone number of an after-service agent; a sixth step of shielding a line of the telephone if a receiving part is under the conversation and standing by for a given time(t2) and then returning to the fourth step; and a seventh step of automatically outgoing given information based on an item number and an abnormal portion, etc. when the after-service agent receives its call, whereby managing a freezing machine reasonably and actively repairing an abnormal state in an abnormality occurrence.
