The device for opening and closing a fuel pouring aperture of an automobile is constructed by a fuel pouring tube having a formation of a screw part, a cap fastened in the screw part and having a formation of an oiling gun inserting hole and an oiling hole, and a pouring hole opening/closing plate formed in the fuel pouring tube so as to open and close the oiling hole, whereby enabling to oil simply and conveniently without a complete separation of a cap from a fuel pouring tube so preventing an environmental pollution caused by an evaporated gas.
