PURPOSE:To cause no trouble to the surrounding by sensing the arrival of a call with vibration almost without any sound, to utilize the housing space for a vibrator effectively, to make the entire size small and to improve the vibration level at the operation of the vibrator. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 36 for generating vibration is provided in a hinge part 15 connecting a cover 2 switchingly to a telephone set (electronic device) main body 1. The vibrator 36 is driven in the case of the arrival of a call and the generated vibration is delivered to the telephone set main body 1. The vibrator 36 is provided in the hinge part 15 apart from the center of gravity of the entire set to increase the vibration of the telephone set when the vibrator 36 is activated.
