PURPOSE:To expand the changeover range without increasing the scale of a column conversion circuit by not only controlling the phase of the column conversion circuit but also switching the phase of a timing clock. CONSTITUTION:A retiming clock selection circuit 305 outputs a timing clock 37 to a retiming circuit 301 when a selection circuit 302 selects an active side and when the phase is not matched with the control of the phase of a 2nd conversion circuit 201 only, the clock is changed over into an output timing clock 38. Since a constant phase difference such as 3 bit difference is given to the phase difference between retiming clocks 37-1 to 37-4 and retiming clocks 38-1 to 38-4, they are replaced with each other to provide a changeover range of a maximum 2M-1 with respect to the data of M-bit structure. |
