<p>PURPOSE:To enable mass production of Glaucidium palmatum Sieb. et Zucc. and security thereof as a raw material for antithrombotic medicines by chopping seeds, branches, leaves, roots, etc., of the Glaucidium palmatum Sieb. et Zucc, and carrying out tissue culture thereof. CONSTITUTION:Seeds or branches, leaves or roots of Glaucidium palmatum Sieb. et Zucc. are chopped and subjected to tissue culture to mature calli and embryos. The resultant matured calli and embryos are then transplanted to soil to mass-produce the Glaucidium palmatum Sieb. et Zucc. with weak breeding power and hardly any production.</p> |
