PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkles from remaining in a packing body after a bag is formed, by avoiding wrinkles to be generated in a resin film at the time of fixing by a pressing material and a receiving material without making a structure extremely complicated. SOLUTION: In each of a pair of pinching bodies 12 and 22 which are arranged in an opposing arrangement by pinching a cylindrical resin film 31b, tension means 17 and 27 are provided. When the pinching bodies 12 and 22 approach, two parts of the resin film 31b in the cross direction is fixed by the tension means 17 and 27 before a pressing material 45 and a receiving material 55 fix the resin film 31b. When the pinching bodies 12 and 22 approach further, the fixed interval between the tension means 17 and 27 is extended, so that the resin film 31b is tensioned in the cross direction. |
